We ask that you remain in the lobby and available by phone for the duration of your appointment. If you leave your pet in our care past the length of your appointment without discussing it beforehand, a boarding fee may be added to your invoice. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.
As part of our continued COVID-19 protocol, we are not allowing clients into the exam rooms with their pet unless absolutely necessary and all clients and staff are required to wear masks when inside the building.
When you arrive, enter the lobby through the wooden door and check in at the front desk. Our receptionists will help you check-in for your appointment, pick up prescriptions or food, and any other requests.
For appointments, after the front desk confirms your pet’s medical history, a technician will bring your pet into an exam room. We ask that you remain in the lobby and accessible via phone for the duration of your appointment unless directed otherwise. The medical team will contact you via phone or met your in the lobby as soon as the initial exam is completed in order to answer any questions you may have and discuss treatment if necessary. During this conversation, feel free to ask for price estimates as needed.
At the end of your appointment, the front desk will let you know when your invoice is ready and help you check out.
