Check-In Process

As part of our continued COVID-19 protocol, we are not holding appointments face-to-face and our lobby is closed. All clients and staff are required to wear masks.

When you arrive, please call us at (415) 753-2884, and the front desk staff will help you check-in for your appointment, pick up prescriptions or food, and any other requests. 

For appointments, please stay on the line until your information has been confirmed with the front desk staff and a brief medical history has been taken. Then please wait within view of the wooden door, but not directly in front of it as other pets may be exiting the door while you wait.

Once your pet has been brought inside by the medical team, we ask that you remain accessible via phone and stay near the hospital for the duration of your appointment unless directed otherwise. The medical team will contact you via phone as soon as the initial exam is completed in order to answer any questions you may have and discuss treatment if necessary. 

At the end of your appointment, the front desk will contact you via phone to check out.
